Hello, There are a couple of different ways that you may be able to remedy this without having to take the cameras down. First of all, you should look for a QR Code inside the box the cameras came with. This will allow you to scan the QR Code with your phone or tablet which will automatically populate the SN in to the app. If you don't have the box, using the Alexa App you can search for devices through the app, as long as the cameras are powered on, the devices serial numbers will populate as the device names once they are found on your wifi. Lastly, this may be dependent on the store where you purchased them the Serial Numbers may be listed on your purchase receipt. If you don't have the receipt still, you will be able to access your receipt using the Best Buy App, or stopping in to your local store. Customer Service will be able to pull the receipt as long as you used a Best Buy Reward Zone phone number. I hope these options help!
