Will the system work with a mobile hotspot? null

Yes you can. I have Metro PCS hotspot ($35) with Blink cameras. It's been working for a year now. There is a delay of 20 to 30 seconds before I get a notification.

I bought the Blink cameras because the Best Buy Employee to me I could use my Hot Spot.

It will. That's what I used it with.

Though the system can work with a hotspot, we do not recommend this as hotspots are often variable speed connections and are heavily reliant on location and signal strength.
