• I have the system and there is no user settings that would allow you to tell the system where to record. It is hardwired to record to the cloud that is controlled by Blink. There is no evidence to support that non-internet based usage. Wireless systems that operate locally with a recorder are competitively priced. An Amazon or Harbor Freight search for "wireless security camera" should prove beneficial and give you some options for your situation.

• Blink does currently require a 2.4ghz WiFi-based Internet connection to operate. We currently only offer our cloud storage option for the basic Blink camera systems accessible via the Blink App.
