Does blink record video null

Yes, blink records video. Video is stored in the cloud, but can be downloaded.

It will record video clips upon motion to the cloud. It is not a DVR cameras, it is an IP (streaming camera)

Yes you can set duration of clip. Remember your using 2 aa batteries so unless your plugging them in dont waste them unless your at the location frequently to replace when necessary. You get 80,000 seconds on batteries i believe with the xt2. And half with the older cameras

The Blink cameras record clips based on motion detection only, you are also able to record while in live view as well on the Blink XT2.
