The further from the base the more the unit will struggle. If your WiFi is strong and fast it may work for you. However, as with any WiFi cameras there will be delays. It’s a good little system but does have limitations.

In practice I have some dropouts (not a lot) from the unit furthest away from everything and that's about 50 feet or so through the house. Once set up, I put the sync module in the center of the house since the wifi is on the further side. I've seen that people in your situation end up adding a sync module. Also keep in mind it is a 2.4 GHz connection only for the wifi so there is potential interference depending on local neighbor's channels. That said, the system itself is easy setup and quite good.

At night, they provide visibility up to 20ft away depending on exact conditions. The range of the motion sensor is up to 15-20 ft depending on exact conditions. To set the Blink System up in these separate locations you would most likely also need two sync modules however you are able to set-up and access these separate systems from the same account by using our multi-system support feature.
