Currently Blink integrates with the Amazon Alexa-enabled devices: Echo, Dot, Tap, Show, Spot, FireTV, Fire TV Cube, Fire TV Stick and Fire Tablets. A solar panel would work powering the camera through the USB port, we require 5V, 1A. It’s not tested or supported by us.

That may change as the development of the app and service progresses, but that's just a maybe. No word from Amazon about this. And you can only power it with batteries out of the box. I'm sure someone can figure a way to customize a solution to make it work with other sources of power, but this will more than likely void your warranty. Only batteries are supported.
