• Both local and cloud storage allow you to use your Blink app and cameras in the same way. The only difference is where your videos are saved.

• Blink can be used with all the functions without cloud

• You don’t need either one of those to use the app , see videos. It’s pretty easy. You can also set how many seconds you want your recording. Also the recordings stay there till you delete. But that’s interesting about cloud. I didn’t use this device in the cloud settings
