Yes, cameras can be disarmed from the app. Also they can be programmed to be armed an disarmed automatically in the app.

You are able to manually arm and disarm your system or even individual cameras on your Blink System at anytime through the APP, you can also use the scheduled arming feature to have your Blink System arm and disarm on a set schedule as well if you would like.
