Are these completely wireless null

Except for the sync module that has to be plugged in the house somewhere , yes the cameras are wireless and run on lithium batteries

The Blink XT2 cameras themselves are battery operated however the sync module needed to operate the cameras would need to be plugged into a normal wall outlet at all times and within 100ft of the cameras in any direction.
