How far away can the cameras be from the monitor? null

K, Assuming a fairly standard home (single building, no unusually dense construction materials), the Sync Module should be able to communicate with Blink units up to (and perhaps over) 100’ away in any direction. As far as how far away the system can be from your wireless router would depend on the strength of your internet/wifi, we recommend at least three bars of signal strength for optimal performance.

I'm not sure, I have mine close to the road on a big tree. My box is plugged in front of my house. 100 feet is about the distance of my furthest camera. I haven't had any issues with my system. Purchased mine because my car was broken into. Police department says to have the camera close to an object for the best view in case something was to happen again.
