- A:Answer The Blink Systems do currently require a 2.4ghz wifi-based Internet connection to operate. Blink is not compatible with wifi networks broadcasting a 5ghz signal.

- A:Answer Depends on what you have in between them. Walls, electronics and furniture would all dampen the signal. The app shows you the status of the cameras WiFi and sync module signal so you can adjust locations for best signal

- A:Answer From what I can tell it only works with the application, so maybe an IPAD or android tablet would allow you to view the cameras if you can install the blink app. However if your planning on screaming the video keep in mind this will drain the batteries very quickly. These camera's are really meant more for capturing motion and then a small portion of time you set.

- A:Answer The operating temperature range of the Blink XT2 camera is -4° to 113° F (-20° to 45° C). By placing the camera outside of the operating temperature range you could suffer from poor performance, lag time issues, and quickly draining battery life as a result.

- A:Answer Currently Blink only integrates with IFTTT and Amazon Alexa-enabled devices. You can certainly use the Blink System and the Ring System in the same location however they would not integrate with each other.

Q: QuestionWith the Blink XT2 system, if one of my cameras must run through an ext. network (a wifi extender network - because the location of that cam is too far from my router), will that camera show up on the app with the other 4 cameras on my main wifi network?

- A:Answer The Blink cameras can be on a separate wifi network if it is on a separate sync module, but it cannot be on its own network. You are able to set-up and access separate Blink Systems from the same account by using our multi-system support feature.
