My did that once I simply clicked on the camera and problem solved

Please try again later.This is most times related to connection issues, You want to make sure that you have 3 bars of signal strength for "Camera to Wi-Fi" and "Camera to Sync Module". You may want to try power cycling both your sync module and router and even your camera to see if this may help.
