• Each system would be set up under separate accounts, using a separate wifi/internet connections

• It's account Wi-Fi dependant, so unless your on his account, you can't pick up his cameras ave viceversa

• They will not pick up as they will be on different WiFi networks.

• Yes. Only cameras on the same WiFi.

• check you wifi channel and your neighbor's. Then change channel for you WiFi.
