• No You can't. But you can get the 3M sick up hooks & use the double sided tape it uses. It holds up to 25 lbs so you should be just fine with that.

• I guess you could use 3M double sided pads to stick them up but the base isn’t solid. Could you not use spackle and touch up paint once removed?

• The mount provided would need to use two screws, you could I suppose use adhesive if you wish however you would have to purchase. The recommend adhesive is 3M outdoor double sided mounting tape
