Yes, it records on the Blink app and can be downloaded to your local device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. It is stored in the cloud. You can set it to keep it for a time. I personally transferred a clip to my iPad so I wouldn’t lose it. I can’t remember the maximum time you can store it in the cloud. But you only have so much storage capacity and if you try to store more than that. Your oldest clip is automatically removed.

You will get a notification every time you a camera notices movement. At that time you can view the clip and decide if you to delete it or not. The app is very easy to use. I hope that this helps.
