• I seriously doubt it. The Blink system uses an app on your phone that notifies you about motion detected.

• Currently Blink only integrates with IFTTT and Amazon Alexa-enabled products. You could certainly use the Kasa camera and the Blink System in the same location however they would not integrate with each other.
