Is the battery rechargeable and if so how often null

The batteries that are shipped with the Blink cameras are not rechargeable and we do not recommend using rechargeable batteries as they may cause issues with your cameras. The cameras are shipped with two non-rechargeable AA 1.5v Lithium batteries. Blink camera batteries should be replaced by Energizer Ultimate 1.5v Lithium AA batteries or the equivalent.

There are two non rechargeable lithium AA batteries which would last approximately two years with average use. I have had mine installed for almost a year and they are still showing a charge on the phone app. I am not sure if you could replace them with two AA rechargeable batteries or not.
