You are able to save your Blink motion clips to your mobile device at anytime by using the share feature on the clip within the clip roll folder of the APP. You can then email, message or transfer them to a computer or other device if you wish.

Don't see no reason why not. Our camera records videos and I can decide which ones to delete. The others I save and can refer back to if needed.

Yes the neighbors app is built into the blink app so you can share footage and post incidents from the app. You can also easily download the video clip to your phone.
