Is the Blu G91 Pro compatible with AT&T? null

I have at&t & purchased this phone but because it's 2 & 3G capable it will not work on their network without having to call & get the block removed. I was told by a representative that I would have to call to get it removed could be every day or every couple of days. I returned to store to save myself the headache.

I know my consumer cellular shows as ATT.
