This is a 2G phone, so basic phone functions, messaging, simple camera. I bought for my child as an emergency phone for contacting especially with activities. It has a dual SIM card slot on the inside, easily accessible by taking off the back cover. I put in a T-mobile card and works just fine. I have not filled the other slot, so I cannot comment on use out of country.

THe only thing that i don't like from 2g/3g blu cellphones is that sometimes they loose the signal and it appears the message "EMergency only" so you have to turn the cellphone off and go near a windows or outside and turn it on to see if the signal comes back
