• It's an unlocked phone yes it should work with T-Mobile yes it has an extra SD slot it also has two SIM slots

• As far as I know this should work for any network provider, i went with net10 due to them having the best deal at the time of purchase and saw it worked with many other networks.. This phone has 2 slots for sims inside and came with a clear case.
