Yes it will. I have net10 which is the same company. Great phone , you will be happy.

It is an unlocked phone (can use any phone carrier) if you already have a post pay account then yes you still have a bill. If you are going to activate new service with the phone it will be your choice whether you get a prepaid or postpaid plan.

I am not sure about Straight Talk but if it uses T mobile network then it should work fine because it works fine with T mobile and AT&T.
