Yeah I had the same thing happen to me. I Just tried it a couple of times and it eventually went through, make sure you’re putting the code in correctly as well I can’t remeber exactly but I was punching something in wrong at first, I believe i included the (-) dashes. It might help if you try on Bethesda’s website and not the launcher as well. Cheers

If it doesn’t work you should contact Bethesda support like I did and they gave me specific instructions to do and it worked. I was able to play the game day one of release and then after several hours of gameplay (not gonna lie) it got boring really fast. Hopefully you have a group of 3 to play it because it’ll be draining alone
