QuestionHi, I teach a lecture and discussion class that has 15-20 students face-to-face and 20 students on zoom. I need a microphone that allows the FTF students to speak and can be heard by students on Zoom. Will this microphone work?

- Answer This will work. A strength of the design is the ability to record in cardiod mode (one speaker) or omni (catch the whole room) and two stereo modes (front back which might work for you too) and traditional LR. Highly recommended.

QuestionHello! So I bought this for. my microphone, and I also bought a USB Port to a 3.5MM Jackcord for my microphone arm. And for some reason its not working, do you have any idea on what to do?

- Answer Look at the end of the 3.5mm jack and count the lines. You will se 1 line, 2 lines, or 3 Lines. I believe this mic requires 3 lines on the 3.5 mm jack. Also, it is always good practice to check the cord on another source to make sure it is not defective.

- Answer i just read with the nano version you can use as usb adaptor . and a lightning cable if you wish. one jut just pluged it right into his ipad . but the end of was a lightning cable i think It didnt have a regular usb end to it.

QuestionI noticed the '5/8' thread is too big for any 5/8 attachment.. even with it's own Yeti shock mount. I heard rumors that the old silver Yeti was discontinued due to over sizing the thread by error... is this newer mic true to the standard 5/8 thread?
