Yes if you buy an adapter. Don’t buy the cheap ones though because the connection might not be stable, and there might be a periodic static noise.

Yes, but you MUST use Apple’s ‘Camera Adapter.’ It has a female USB and lightning port to plug the Yeti USB and phone charger into, and a lightning male cord on the other side to plug into the phone. There are cheaper brands that make the ‘same’ adapter, but the 3 different versions I tried shorted out and stopped working in less than a week, and I’ve now had the Apple adapter for 2-3 months and not a single problem with it.

Given the physical connection challenge and lack of phone preference settings I would say no.
