“According to the product overview, Yeticaster Studio comes with "software from PreSonus and iZotope;" however, my purchase did not. I still have all the packaging and cannot locate even a QR code that might allow me to DL it. How can I get the software?”

Hello Mudkicker! There used to be a "Studio" Yeticaster Bundle that did have those 2 software you listed in your question in the past and was a little more expensive (this is likely a typo on the current Yeticaster's product page description, so we'll see if we can get that corrected), but I would reach out to Logi's Support https://support.bluedesigns.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034566173 and see if they might have the software on hand by chance.
