Generally, drywall dust will destroy air cleaner and vacuum motors. Especially in high moisture conditions. Think plaster cast on your motor. Consider renting a air scrubber from a tool rental center otherwise plan on throwing it out and going through a filter once a week. Also, consider hanging plastic between room door ways and closing off return air vents where you have construction. This is not ideal for long projects due to static pressure but, you don’t want that dust in your ducts.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have noticed a huge reduction in dust. I have the air purifier in my bedroom. I keep the door shut to keep the pets out. I have not had to dust since I have had it (1 month). The rest of the house I have had to dust a couple of times. When I cleaned the windows I could see the dust particles floating to the purifier.
