“I have a B350XT headset. After fully charging the unit when I try to turn it on I get 3 fast blue flashes then it turns to red flashes! It should be solid blue and say you are now connected! What's wrong?”

• If you hold the power button to long it goes into pairing mode. It could also be that one of the devices Is out of range if you have multiple programmed
