• Hello Crazytom- We optimized the BlueParrott B450-XT for smartphones and tablets running iOS and Android operating systems. While you may find you can pair the B450-XT with your Yaesu FTM-300 radio, this is not something we officially support. As such, we cannot guarantee device performance or provide technical assistance for any resulting challenges.
