• Yes you can i listen to it every day at the gym an if u talking to someone on the phone while you are in the gym they don't here no background noise

• Hello, RW - Thank you for your question.  Yes, you can listen to music via Bluetooth with the BlueParrott B-450-XT.  The BlueParrott B450-XT has A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) capabilities which allow for streaming audio other than call audio, e.g., music or GPS directions.
