Yes, you can totally listen to music through your Blue Parrot. It allows you to listen to music and when a call comes in, it pauses the music and you can choose to answer or continue to listen to music. you can start and stop the music with the buttons on the headset and I do believe you can program the special button to skip songs you don't want to listen to. There is likely more ways to do it, but I am not exceptionally privy to those. This is the headset I use primarily to dial clients, set appts, talk to agents and do any admin work I need to. This thing is attached to my head the majority of every day! I listen to music in between all of that. It is an AMAZING headset and WELL WORTH the money!!!
