The Microsoft Teams Walkie Talkie feature allows users to instantly send and receive Push-to-Talk messages in Microsoft Teams Walkie Talkie without having to pull out their mobile device. The BlueParrott B450-XT MS will work automatically with Microsoft Teams Walkie Talkie when connected to a mobile device with Microsoft Teams Walkie Talkie installed.  We hope this answers your question.
