• yes it does. It actually give you multiple ways for it sit on your ear. I had apple airpods, Samsung buds and beats. This is the 1st one that works without side effects. I can go golfing in mine and work out.

• I am afraid that it does not live up to its hype. The range might be a few feet further than others, not impressed with it distance, It is too large and very uncomfortable. over the ear clip is worthless, The until falls away from the head and ear, and yes I have left for left ear. the Over the head attachment is VERY uncomfortable. For its reputation, this is a doomed failure.

• It comes with ear pieces and a head mount inwhich I prefer the head mount for comfort.
