I don't think that will work. Headphone jack is an output - music coming FROM the source to the headphones/speaker. You need an INPUT to plug this in to, in my case that was the AUX jack. This device will receive a bluetooth signal from your music source (e.g. smart phone) and send it to your radio/receiver thru the AUX port.
