• It just comes with microfiber pads you can soak them in solution and attach them. It does not have a spot to actually put mopping liquid.

• Bob does not hold or pick up liquid. He only has an attachment that is a cloth pad that you dampen. I have not used it yet.

• No it’s not. It has a cloth that will wipe small spills but that’s it.
