Can it be programmed to work on multiple levels (1st floor/2nd floor) of my house? null

Only if you carry it to the other level and press go. Keep an eye on battery level because it will go looking for its base and not be able to find it. Better have edge detection on too in case it tries to take the stairs. I’d block them too just to be safe.

If you just have to take it and select the map after it is created and saved

I believe it can. It maps a surface, and maps can be saved and recalled. If it was relocated in a different place i should be able to create a new map. However, I have not tried this so can't really confirm it works.

Only first floor  , we haven't  program  2nd floor yet ..

Not sure, you might be able to set up two cleaning programs, one for floor one for floor two.  Obviously, you would have to move the base and robot to different floors.
