“Should the charger's green light be on when the vacuum is charging. Once it goes to the charger the green light goes off and does not go back on until the vacuum leaves the charger. I'm not sure it's getting a good charge.”

• Once fully charged it should be a steady green. Mine only takes a few hours to fully charge.

• The green light only comes on when he off doc, when he is charging the green light goes off but the vacuum itself is flashing charging. Once he's all full he stop flashing, I hope this helps.
