A:AnswerNot sure why it is $650 on best buys site, it is $209 on every other website. It is a very misleading price and the huge drop in price makes it look like your getting a massive discount, but that's not the case here.
A:AnswerYes .... the BoBsweep should be blinking the whole time it is charging. I have also run into this same issue with mine. There are times when BoB parks himself into the charger incorrect and gives a solid white light instead of blinking. I would suggest that you reposition BoB into the charger yourself and make sure he is blinking otherwise you are correct the charge only lasts about 15 minutes.
A:AnswerIt is pretty much easy to use. You could even watch on YouTube and be ready to go after it charges without a problem. It is not the greatest thing in the world but it does it's job. Some people just like to complain about everything
A:AnswerPrepare to take time to get the hair out of the wheels and sensors. For the two hours I had it vacuuming, I had to spend time with a screwdriver to clear the hair!! I would NOT buy it again!! I could have vacuumed quicker and easier!!
