QuestionShould the charger's green light be on when the vacuum is charging. Once it goes to the charger the green light goes off and does not go back on until the vacuum leaves the charger. I'm not sure it's getting a good charge.

- Answer Once fully charged it should be a steady green. Mine only takes a few hours to fully charge.

- Answer I don't know about others, but this one doesn't vacuum carpets. It sweeps hard floor surfaces.
