“There is a lot of discount on this item, I'd like to know if it is returnable once purchased?”

• I purchased my "BOB" with this thought in mind as well. Now, I would not think of returning it. I have two cats and after several months of using my "Bob" it has become a necessary appliance in my home. I am able to accomplish other tasks while BoB is vacuuming. I do clean the brush and also make sure the well is emptied by the dock before each use. If I was not satisfied with the produce, I would definitely have returned it within the return policy of Best Buy.

• I'd assume so, BestBuy usually has a return policy of 30 days or so.
