• The new ones (Tivo Mini VOX) is $179.98 at the moment, there's no monthly fee. They are NOT wireless however, so keep that in mind, they'll need an ethernet connection that links them back to the main Tivo box in order to work.

• There is no monthly fee for a TiVo Mini, price varies but usually around $100. You need a regular Tivo with it.

• I don't own a tivo mini, but according to the TIVO website all devices require a monthly fee.
