No. The sides do fold down though

No, it does not lift for dumping. It is also not convenient for dirt, gravel, or other loose materials, due to the non-solid container construction. This cart has a sufficient weight limit (~300lbs) for most requirements around the yard. The walls are designed to fold down, which can be helpful. One benefit is it's small size and maneverabily. We've been very happy with the product.
