It simply mens tht your monthly bill, is "prepaid" throuh the purhase of a phone card.. There will be no contrct involved. You simply purchase the talk plan you wish and it will have.a dollar amount on that particular plan diplayed on the card. You will then purchase a reboost card every month since the prepaid cadrs are for 30 days only. Prepaid cards have become increasingly popular, because people no longer wish to be locked into contracts. If you do not replenish your plan at the end of 30 day, your phone will no longer hve service.until you do add money. Very simple method
