You can contact boost mobile or switch it online

You need to go to your local store, go to boost mobile.com and log into your account to change it or call 1-888-266-7848 which is Boost customer care and they can help you. You will need your phone number and four digit account pin

You can do it online yourself or if you purchased from best buy they will do it for you if it is to the same carrier!
