After going around and around with the online rep for like half an hour the other day, I gave up and went to the store. After about 15 minutes of mild confusion on their part (due to their own website saying it was 8gb), they said it IS 16gb, it must just be a typo on their part because the OLDER version of the LG Tribute only had 8gb memory. I bought the phone, flipped the box over, and yes, it's 16gb of internal memory. All the other information listed here seems to be correct.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have the answer, but I was confused as well. I'm glad to see that Panther76 says it is actually 16GB. I'm hoping that is the case, as I can't find anything stating a special model was made for Best Buy, and the model number listed here is the same model on the LG site and other retailers that show it as 16GB. I think it is a misprint on Best Buy's part.
