• No because the phone is CDMA not GSM the phone only works in the United States

• Its locked to the Boost Mobile carrier, and you can't unlock for the first year, which means mostly no it won't work you need an unlocked phone. Some other US carriers, Tmobile, work without extra cost some places outside the US.
