- Answer I bought my phone in July and it was the second generation Moto E. You can start using the phone before activating it for apps. Of course to get calls and text messages you need to activate the phone.

QuestionAvailable MemoryAfter Google, Motorola and Boost get done loading Apps that can't be uninstalled (e.g. bloatware), how much internal memory is available for apps that I want to install? This is not an issue if pre-loaded apps can be removed so please specify if that is the case.

- Answer No Sim card. With Boost mobile this is a CDMA phone. Most CDMA phones do not use SIM cards. GSM phones use SIM cards and that is T mobile and ATT

QuestionMy daugher has this exact phone,she dropped in water and it no longer works. I was wondering if her sim card could be transferred over to this one, and keep her exsting number? So she wouldn't loose her info.or contact numbers. Thank you
