Of course. It's s smartphone from December, 2023, so it needs a SIM card in order to support mobile service from a carrier. Specifically, the factory unlocked Galaxy A15 5G supports any US carrier via a GSM nano SIM card. I read one answer stating that the A15 5G supports eSIM technology. That answer was blatantly incorrect and should be promptly removed in the spirit of eliminating misinformation on reputable sites.
