• No they are smaller sprint sim cards,even with it being a boost phone....Same network.Have to activate on your boost online account or call customer service,but easier to do it yourself on line account.

• Yes when you activate it off of boost mobile .com it will ask u to confirm the sim card that came with that phone. And will transfer the info from the older to newer. As the old SIM card is bigger then the s 8 will take

• No, I received my s8 with a sim already in it. If you want to keep your account the same, you just have to switch your device. If you are buying from boost, when you start your s8 for the first time, it will ask if you want to switch. Just read everything carefully.
