You need to create an AMD rewards account and then claim the game by putting in the number in that email you received. That will then generate a claim code for Epic launcher and another for Microsoft.. It is all digital, you will not receive a retail box version of the game. I have claimed my game and Microsoft game pass with no issue. Just follow the steps in the email.
